Building upon DXY's dxServer technology\, the company provides solutions for both corporate and municipal clients.\n Outside of work\, Mr. Young serves as the President of the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club.  Mr. Young was the co-founder of the Club's business plan competition and organizer of the Velocity 2008 event.  He also serves as the treasurer of Northcoast Enterepreneurs/The Gorilla Group.\n A native to our region\, Mr. Young was born in Cleveland and grew up in Hudson.  He achieved his degree from Ohio Stated.  Since entering the professional world\, Mr. Young worked in marketing before assuming control of a boutique consulting firm.  Once at the helm\, he grew the company five fold in five years.  The firm was listed on Case Western Reserve's Weatherhead 100 for four consecutive years.
