Your Role:
Responsible for the customer experience and strategy of the Company's primary external and Intranet web sites. Acts as resident usability expert, maintaining usability standards and methodology and influencing teams to ensure customer's needs are forefront. Designs and conducts user centered testing, research and assessments to provide recommendations for enhancements or modifications to the customer experience. Provides consultation and training to Business Analysts, Information Architects and IT.
Your Profile:

Seven+ years experience in usability, interface design, information architecture or interaction design for web or software applications.

Skilled in user & task analysis, user research techniques, storyboarding, information architecture and wireframing.

Three to five+ years experience in strategic web research and analysis including web analytics methodologies, competitive and industry analysis, surveys and market and/or user research.

In depth knowledge of User Interface Design principles, Human Factors, User-Centered Design Processes, Interaction Design guidelines, Usability Testing Methodologies, web-industry standards and trends, platform standards, software development process, and prototyping/design.

Experience designing prototypes and writing design documents to effectively communicate functional behavior to stakeholders.

Experience creating, running and analyzing usability tests and incorporating these activities and data into overall UX design processes.

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design.

Understanding of health insurance industry a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative and well-rounded leader.

Great written and oral communication skills.

The User Experience Strategist will be based in Strongsville, Ohio with frequent headquarters) to Cleveland, Ohio (Medical Mutual's headquorters) and surrounding areas.
